Change is hard. There's a reason. And there's a way through.
Hi, I'm Victoria. I'm a Coaching Psychologist, and I help teams work through the uncertainty, resistance and identity questions that come with real change.
The Human Side of Change
Change asks more of us than learning something new. It can unsettle familiar routines, relationships, and even our sense of who we are. As AI changes the way we work, those questions are becoming harder to ignore.
Understanding what happens beneath resistance helps us move through uncertainty, connect with others, and choose what comes next with intention.
How can I help you?
For Organisations.
Experiential Workshops - Interactive experiences that turn insight into practice.
Lead a team through change.
Understand the resistance, and build the habits that make new ways of working stick.
Change Fluency™
The science of why change is hard, the practice to make it stick, and the self-regulation to stay the course when it gets uncomfortable. Change that holds, not just change that happens.
Connect and communicate better at work.
Understand what's underneath behaviour, in yourself and the people around you.
Connection Fluency™
The psychology of how we connect: understanding the thoughts and emotions behind behaviour, ours and other people's, so we can communicate well, pause instead of react, and keep working relationships steady under pressure. Connection that holds starts beneath the surface.
Awareness & Intentional Action
An evidence-based corporate mindfulness workshop supporting awareness and well-being.
Oxford Mindfulness@Work
Develop attention, awareness and self-regulation through evidence-based mindfulness practice
Community Partnerships
I collaborate with nonprofits and community organisations working to support mental well-being and suicide prevention. Together, we can create talks, workshops or mindfulness programmes that help people build awareness, find support earlier, and care for themselves and one another.
I’m especially drawn to work that makes psychological knowledge more accessible, strengthens everyday resilience, and supports people beyond a single event.
Invite me to speak
Keynotes and conversations that help people make sense of change, recognise what it brings up in them, and see new possibilities for how they respond.
I bring psychology to life through relatable stories, practical insights, and questions that stay with people long after the room empties.
Sustainable change starts with science and a mindset shift, not just new skills.
For Individuals.
Private Self Mastery
Master yourself. Write your next chapter the way you want it to be.
Private Self-Mastery brings psychology into the questions that shape how we live: who we are, what matters to us, what may be holding us back, and who we want to become.
Identity · beliefs · confidence · meaning · direction · growth
Oxford Mindfulness
Private Self-Mastery and Oxford Mindfulness programmes for people who want a clearer sense of who they are and what comes next.
Oxford mindfulness programmes grounded in science, evidence and practice. Present-moment awareness, intentional choice, and self-regulation of emotions and behaviours.
Work with me.
-
I begin by listening. Together, we explore where you are, what matters to you, what may be getting in the way, and what you’d like to move towards.
Whether we’re working one to one, with a team or across a community, I draw on psychological science, coaching and mindfulness to shape an approach around your needs and goals.
My role is to help you gain clarity, understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater confidence and intention, with practical tools to bring that understanding into your life and work.
-
Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, explore whether we’re a good fit, and agree on the next steps together.
-
Fees depend on the type of support, format and scope of our work together. After an initial conversation, I’ll outline the approach and fees so you know what to expect before deciding.
If you have a budget in mind, please share it. We can explore what’s possible within it.

About me
I'm a Coaching Psychologist with an MSc in Coaching Psychology, trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to teach Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes. I've spent years helping people understand what shapes how they think, decide and respond.
I have experienced and understand what it's like to build a life that looks right from the outside but quietly feel that something's off, and that's part of why I do this work. Helping people align with who they are truly becoming.
Organisations I have worked with.
